The Circle Park Street Party doesn’t happen without a little help from a lot of neighbours! Whether you’re a longtime resident or new to the neighbourhood, we’d love to have you pitch in.

Volunteers of all ages are welcome, and you can help for as little as an hour, or stick around for more. There’s a job for everyone, from setting up tables and games to running the popcorn and cotton candy, helping with activities, setting up for the potluck and talent show, or helping us clean up at the end of the night.

Choose a time that works for you and sign up below. Every helping hand makes a difference!

1–3 PM — SET-UP
Tables, chairs, games and sports areas, popcorn and cotton candy machines, games, and more.

3–5 PM — ACTIVITIES
Help with cotton candy, popcorn, games and activities like the cupcake walk.

5–7 PM — ACTIVITIES
Set up potluck tables and chairs, help with talent-show setup, and prepare movie-night popcorn.

9–10 PM — TEARDOWN
Fold tables and chairs, clean up garbage, take down street barriers, and help with general teardown.
